Immediate opening for Payroll Clerk I

The Payroll Clerk I will work on site in Westerville, OH regular business hours after training can be hybrid, working 1 week in the office and 2 weeks remotely.

The Payroll Clerk I duties will include:

Supporting Payroll personnel

High volume data entry working in ADP Vantage

Entering data into Excel, Loads file and works in Vantage to remove deductions

Processing data

The Payroll Clerk I Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-3 years of experience working in payroll.

The Payroll Clerk I prefer to have associate degree and experience with ADP Vantage, Ceridian, IBM AS/400 or Kronos

Experience with payroll for 100+ employees in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Requirements Procedures, Payroll, Payment Processing, Supervising, Production, Troubleshoot, Payroll Functions, Practices, Time Sheets, Time Cards, Local Tax, Independent Judgment
