West Virginia Employer Administrative Assistant in Welch, West Virginia

Duties include providing support to management, assisting in daily office needs, entering invoices for review and payment, entering payroll information, maintaining payroll files, preparing financial reports, assisting with information for annual audit and PSC report, preparing communications such as memos, emails, correspondence to customers, vendors, and project team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills and be able to organize and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical. Previous experience in accounting, public utilities field, or Accufund Software is helpful. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver license, reliable transportation and must pass drug screening. The position is full time with 40 hours per week. Benefits available.
