Description

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager who can assist with reporting relating to sales and revenue. You will be responsible for various ad hoc reporting around areas of gross margin analysis, revenue projections, and other sales focused figures. This role involves collaborating with various departments to provide insightful financial guidance and recommendations to senior management. This Finance Manager position is a great fit for individuals that are capable of multitasking and have effective communication skills. Located in the South Jersey, area the Finance Manager is a short-term contract opportunity.

Your responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to align financial plans with strategic objectives.

-Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as needed.

-Implement improvements to the budgeting process to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

-Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to communicate key financial metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, board meetings, and external stakeholders.

-eeds to have strong Excel skills, ideally experience with SAP and Infor.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

-Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial planning software

-Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, or Oracle is a plus.

-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
