Job Description

A client in the Pacific Northwest area is looking for a BSA to join their team! This is a Direct Hire/Permanent Role, that is M-F in normal business hours. This is a hybrid role, where you will spend a few days onsite as well as remote. In this role you will be primarily responsible for gathering and writing formal requirements, user stories, and functional testing. In this role you will be on a team and work with internal stakeholders within this company. The groups you will work with will vary depending on the project, so adaptability is key!

Skills and Requirements

3-5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst

3+ years of experience gathering and writing formal requirements, deep understanding of writing formal requirements/user stories

Understanding of the SDLC, and experience being a liaison between a technical team and internal stakeholders

Experience working with Agile Development teams

Previous experience facilitating testing for projects they have worked on

Experience working for a company with 1000+ employees and has a formalized process Experience working with offshore vendors

Jira experience

Experience with Functional Testing: creating test scenarios, and performing initial UAT testing to ensure requirements are met

Experience with SQL Server; queries

Understanding/knowledge of APIs and Web Services null
