Join our Accounts Payable team and make an impact! We're seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of payments while maintaining integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.

Overview:

  • Process supplier and vendor invoices promptly

  • Manage data entry and spreadsheets efficiently

  • Cultivate strong relationships with supply chain partners through effective communication

  • Maintain accounts payable files and records meticulously

  • Address inquiries from vendors, suppliers, and employees regarding invoices and payments

  • Reconcile statement accounts in a timely manner

  • Assist in optimizing accounts payable processes

  • Support annual 1099 preparation and monthly closings accruals

  • Contribute to special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of recent related experience

  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Word

  • Understanding of finance and accounting principles (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Problem-solving abilities and commitment to excellence

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • Team player with a flexible and innovative mindset
