We are offering an opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in the nonprofit industry, based in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will lead a team of IT professionals, oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, and stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery and team growth.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and security measures.

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations, to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

• Administer and support Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10 environments, including user management, group policies, and system configurations.

• Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to protect the organization's data and infrastructure from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT management to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

• Utilize your skills in Cisco Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Azure Active Directory, Cisco Networking, and Microsoft Office 365 to perform your tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar IT Manager role within a non-profit organization

• Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies and Cisco Networking

• Proficiency in using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

• In-depth understanding of Backup Technologies

• Solid experience with Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and its applications

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic thinker

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• Relevant IT certifications would be a plus.
