Make the position of Accounting manager in Bulgaria your next career destination and you’ll coordinate accounting and tax related projects, act as the guardian of the market accounting policies and procedures and be a single point of contact for Center of Scale in Accounting Operations related questions and improvement initiatives. You will also lead and mentor a great team of accounting professionals.

A day in the life of...

• Lead and coordinate the accounting services;

• Manage reporting and all tax related projects;

• Review and analyze Balance Sheet;

• Ownership of the General Ledger;

• Liaise with Nestle Business Services hub;

• Manage accurately and timely any period closing activities and corresponding reporting;

• Manage external and internal audits under position scope;

• Responsible for the Tax and Statutory accounting reporting as per local legislation;

• Responsible for controls to be implemented and periodically reviewed;

• Responsible for an accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and Accounts;

• Support the function and business on Internal Control issues and serve as SPOC for accounting;

• Lead and develop the Accounting team, providing both direction and coaching;

• Responsible to perform payments in time and accurate;

• Responsible for leading and coordinating of the Treasury activities within Bulgaria.

What will make you successful?

• Master’s degree in Finance field;

• Fluent in English;

• Strong communication and persuasive skills;

• People management skills;

• Proactive, pressure tolerant;

• ACCA is desirable;

• Analytical skills, attention to detail and figures;

• IT skills (MS Office, SAP, Magnitude or relevant ERP).
