Major responsibilities

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Support attorney through all stages of project work

• Research and analyze intricate legal documents

• Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload Requirements

• Must have substantive experience with title and survey review and abstraction

• Commercial real estate experience

• Proven knowledge of Commercial Leasing

• Strong familiarity with Real Estate Transaction

• Real estate law experience

• Preliminary Title Reports experience desired

• Command of Purchase Agreements

• Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
