(Saginaw, MI) (1) Provide analysis for stormwater infrastructure projects using knowledge of hydraulic and hydrological principles such at the Rational Method, SCS Curve Number Method, and Manning's equation. (2) Prepare realistic models of physical regions where infrastructure projects will be located using USDA Technical Release 55 and Soil Conservation Service's methodologies. (3) Draft and prepare hydraulic and drainage study reports, develop maps, and assist in preparing proposed designs. (4) Prepare assessment rolls and develop assessment districts for county lakes and drains. (5) Prepare Michigan Department of Environmental Quality stormwater, asset management, and wastewater program reports. (6) Attend and assist with the Day of Reviews, Public Information sessions and other such project related public meetings. (7) Collaborate with city engineers and public works directors on stormwater issues. (8) Direct and review work of technicians.
