[As a The Maintenance Technician you will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance to equipment and machinery in a safety conscious and team-oriented environment to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

  1. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address potential issues. Perform preventive maintenance task to ensure the reliability and longevity of production machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
  2. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements. Generate reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and recommendations for improvements.
  3. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. Identify and address potential safety hazards, and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with production and other departments to understand maintenance needs and prioritize tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production schedules.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical degree or certification in maintenance-related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
