As an Associate, Human Resources, you will:

• Perform collecting, printing, sorting, and filing of employee documents for 201 files.

• Convert PDF policies and processes to editable files and use QMS-approved templates.

• Create process flow charts.

• Update trackers and prepare reports.

• Assist in all other documentation needed for transfer to the new Copeland entity.

You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication and problem solving skills and can use available data to make recommendations.

• Good work management skills and can work on more than one project at a time.
