Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Program Coordinator Clinical Education in Pearland, Texas

Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator will work with leadership and peers within Clinical Education, to manage a collection of related technical projects and implementations, with indirect oversight of project managers and other project staff contributing to the overall program. S/he will be responsible for ensuring project and program deliverables are executed within scope, schedule, and budget, and program risks and issues are identified and mitigated across all projects. S/he will provide planning support for new projects that fall within clinical education. Oversee Externship programs including MA and OA and future programs. Partner with schools by visiting campuses and explaining the program when needed. Serve as a point of contact for schools for any questions, issues, or interest. Contact managers and encourage taking on externships. Placing students into clinics and running Meet and Greet events. Ensure all necessary items are gathered for students before coming to training including program requirements are met, vaccinations, occupational medicine clearance, KARS request, etc. Check-In for externs at training and serve as point of contact for any questions or issues during the externship. Training managers in the program. Recruiting new schools Partner with Credentialing on updating and creating new agreements

Salary Range: $64,369 - $79,496 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred: N/A

Experience

Required: 3 years of experience managing healthcare programs, process improvement,

or multiple healthcare related projects simultaneously

Strong knowledge of project methodologies, project metrics and KPIs

Experience supporting project

Experience in effectively organizing projects and teams

Preferred: Experience developing project or program roadmaps, working directly with business stakeholders

to align and sequence projects based on business value and technical dependencies.

Demonstrated history of excellent facilitation and influence skills, work with stakeholders at all levels.

Build trust and respect with key stakeholders

License(s)

Required: N/A

Preferred: PMP Certification (preferred) or other project or program related certification or HR certification

Special Skills

Required: Proficient in MS Office Suite including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Exceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detail

Strong business acumen and technical acumen

Thinks broadly and strategically, including the ability to translate long-term goals and objectives into short-

term tactical plans and operational activities

Supports individuals and teams in process excellence, project management, problem solving, stakeholder

engagement and value creation to drive toward outcomes
