This is a three-month contract position to start with the possibility of extension and/or full-time depending on the needs of the business. In this role you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role will primarily focus on professional/technical recruitment of the following functions: Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, and other functions as assigned. This position will interface daily with our leadership team to provide exceptional support in securing top talent for assigned functions. This hybrid on-site position is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI.You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. How You Will Do It: Monitor and review applicants within the Applicant Tracking System. Active candidate sourcing and recommending sourcing strategies through third-party tools (LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Schedule and conduct phone screens and on-site interviews for candidates leveraging company resources as needed. Ensure proper documentation meets compliance with our recruitment process. Provide regular and timely updates to hiring managers. Assist with creating offer letters and hiring justifications. Coordinate pre-employment activities and post-hire documentation. Other duties as assigned What We Look For: Required Minimum five years of professional and/or technical full-cycle corporate recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry. Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates. Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System. Proficiency in working with the MS Office suite (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Desired An Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or another relevant field from an accredited institution. 7+ years of professional and/or technical full-cycle corporate recruitment experience. Experience with electronics manufacturing. Preferably in a regulated industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device, Food/Pharmaceutical, etc.).
