Key Responsibilities Include: Efficiently collecting documentation from various sources Accurately assessing, organizing, and coding documentation Creating and updating files and filing documentation appropriately Handling outdated files according to protocol or moving them to inactive storage Regularly scanning files to maintain accuracy and identify missing records Retrieving records upon request and forwarding them to relevant parties Assisting with phone inquiries and managing mail and courier packages We seek candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant position and proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
