Joinus as our new Internal Systems Coordinator This position will support onboarding range bulk products andnon art-work packaging GIN\'sfor the Wausua, WI location. It will also coordinatepre-planning efforts for new product launches. In this role, you\'ll make an impact by: Managingand coordinatinginput to cross functional teams to deliver range bulk products to our customers including preparation of necessary documentation needed for internal use Managingand coordinatingonboarding of new non-artwork packaging item set ups Preparing project timelines to be shared with sales. Assistingwith documentation review to ensure accuracy and adherence with FDA regulations Managingand coordinating pre-planning for new product launcheswith Project Coordinators, Procurement and Scheduling. Facilitatingand overseeing internal project initiatives Providing general K2 support Establishing, organizingand filingproduct profiles. Supporting sales, production, QA, QC and other internal stakeholders Performing other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education andexperience. Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group. Basic knowledge of GMP compliance, documentation and quality systems. Working knowledge of ERP or MRP is preferred.
