Description:

Summary: Clean and reset tables, transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area and clean tableware to the side stations. Keep the side stations appropriately stocked. Take and serve beverage orders utilizing suggestive selling techniques and following Arizona Charlie's Boulder service standards. Essential Functions: Greet the guest in an upbeat and positive manner. Take beverage orders and serve according to service standards Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction Clean and reset tables immediately after the guest departs Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing station and clean tableware to the side station Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas in accordance with company policies and procedures and health codes Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements: One to three years relevant experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience providing outstanding guest service At least 21 years or age Employees must have the ability to effectively speak, read and write in English Required Work Cards Alcohol Awareness Health Physical Requirements Lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying at least 75% of the time Walking or standing up to 100% of the time Hearing, vision, speaking and literacy (critical) Working inside in a noisy and hot or cold environment Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
