Sodexo is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood located in Kingwood, Texas. HCA Houston Healthcare- Kingwood is a 455 bed acute care facility with Level II trauma certification, rehab unit, and Level III NICU. Position is full time with excellent benefits and competitive salary. Work schedule will allow for day time weekday & weekend coverage.

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct nutrition assessments and provide diet education to patients;

• Educate patients and family members as well as facility staff in concepts of nutrition and diet modification;

• Participates in multi-disciplinary team conferences and is a great team player;

• Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays; and Assist with Food Service Management as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)(Note:For those seeking registration after 2023, a master’s degree will be required)

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Credentials Requirement:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice

• Specialty credential in area(s) of focused practice, as applicable, or advanced practice certification (RD-AP/RDN-AP)
