TEKsystems Helpdesk Analyst - 3rd Shift in Holland, Michigan

Description: Our client in Holland, MI is hiring for a level 1 support helpdesk analyst to support 3rd shift operations.

We are looking for someone to cover the night shift supporting end-users in different time zones. This person will be the only on-site resource acting as first line of defense.

Responsible for handling 10-15 calls/night while doing ticket work. Issues include password resets, software troubleshooting, managing ticket queue (Remedy), account creation. Providing phone & email support within Remedy ITSM, Windows environment.
