Description:

We are looking for someone to cover the night shift supporting end-users in different time zones. This person will be the only on-site resource acting as first line of defense. Level 1 support. 10-15 calls/night while doing ticket work. Password resets, software troubleshooting, managing ticket queue (Remedy), account creation. Phone & Email support. Remedy ticketing system (will be moving to ServiceNow in the future), Windows environment. *Looking for someone eager and willing to learn/advance in their career.

Shift: (4days, 10 hrs) 7:30pm - 8:30am (40 hours/week, OT optional)

Duration: 12mo. contract to hire, will have option to move to 1st shift, once FTE headcount opens up they can apply
