Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process reservations booked via phone calls, emails, online platforms, and other systems.

• Assist clients in planning and coordinating their ground transportation needs.

• Collaborate with coworkers, managers, and drivers to address and resolve issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Patience and adeptness in working with clients.

• Ability to multitask, such as entering data while engaging in phone conversations.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

• Proficiency in building rapport with customers over the phone.

• Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for details.

• Previous experience in a call center (inbound or outbound) or retail customer service.
