Position Available: HVAC Technician Qualifications: Strong knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems, split systems, chillers, controls, BMS, etc. Daiken and Mitsubishi experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with BMS integration. This includes both hardware and software components Clean driving record OSHA 30 hour training certification Requirements: High School diploma and technical school training EPA Universal certification Valid drivers license 5+ years of actual task experience NATE certified is a plus Compensation: Paid holidays, vacation and sick time Transportation allowance
