Executive Director – Eddy Hawthorne Ridge

East Greenbush, NY - St. Peter's Health Partners has an excellent opportunity for a senior leadership position as an Executive Director! It is a member of the Eddy, the largest continuing care provider in the region, and part of St. Peter's Health Partners.

Hawthorne Ridge is a multi-care level senior living community (Independent & Assisted Living as well as Memory Care at the Assisted living level).

The Executive Director would oversee the adequacy and soundness and day to operations including:

  • Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Develops annual agency plan and operating budget

  • Lead responsibility for coordinating analysis, decisions relative to quality management and related clinical activities and operational tasks.

  • Ensure the highest degree of quality care and quality of life is maintained and assure the patient's rights and dignity are met

  • Review quality assurance standards and ensure the services and outcomes being provided by the community are in step with specific goals and standards.

  • Provides liaison between other Eddy Housing Division affiliates. Works to create cooperative relationships for the division.

  • Implements policies, directives, and resolutions promulgated by Trinity Health.

  • Direct the preparation and development of short and long range plans, set strategic and operational goals in concert with The Eddy.

  • Maintains contact with community leaders. Participates in community organizations as is appropriate and needed.

  • Maintains membership and participates in meetings/conferences for relative organizations, trade groups, ie. American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.

A qualified candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred

  • Minimum of three years' experience in senior living and management experience required.

  • Demonstrated ability for developing and monitoring annual budget and cost controls.

  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Pay Range: $37.94 - $60.70

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
