Insight Global Sales Development Representative in Coppell, Texas

Job Description

A global SaaS accounting automation company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help drive the company's rapid North America market growth by managing outbound call campaigns to nurture and drive demand generation (leads), revenue, opportunities, and event attendance.

Responsibilities include:

-Outbound demand generation initiatives within target verticals/segmentations and C-Level personas with a strong focus on identifying, diagnosing customer pain points to generate BANT qualified sales ready leads and appointments.

-Update Customer Relations Management (CRM) database record(s) with clear, concise summaries and detail notes on interaction/exchanges

-Analyze program/campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions on how to optimize tactics to achieve defined KPIs

-Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts

-Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management

Skills and Requirements

Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience

Comfortable making up to 100 outbound calls per day to set new product demo meetings for Account Execs

Comfortable speaking with Mid-level Managers up to C-Level Executives

Exceptional at identifying qualified inbound leads and prospecting net new leads

Excellent communication with ability to understand and explain software products

Familiar with navigating Excel spreadsheets and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) SaaS software experience

Experience with Financial, Accounting, or Accounts Payable software

Experience with Lead Generation tools null
