Nestle Moldova worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Moldova, is announcing an opening of the Commercial Development Specialist position in Chisinau

Goal of the position:

To develop and implement short-, medium- and long-term category and commercial strategies for Coffee category in order to promote the growth of profitable business, based on the needs of the client and the insight of the consumer, a deep understanding of the proposals of competitors, according to the values and mission of the Company.

Main responsibilities:

• To lead, develop and implement Coffee Strategy to increase sales revenues in accordance with Market Strategy of Moldova.

• Develop and execute commercial tactics based on global strategies in order to drive the category growth.

• Implements Category Channel plans in line with agreed Channel prioritization (core vs accelerator channels).

• Will drive the alignment of executable brand, channel, customer & field sales plans (Channel & Customer MBS, ICP, MBP, pre-post evaluation) that deliver on business targets, proactively managing gaps between objectives and actuals at a category level.

• Development of promo plan, managing price/pack architecture, drive implementation and analyze results with ROI mindset.

• Drive the in-store implementation of the category plans.

• Annual customer development planning together with a team of key customers to increase growth across the Coffee category.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (Business Management, Marketing or Economic specialties are preferred).

• 5 years experience (FMCG sector will be a benefit) in marketing, sales or trade function.

• Successful experience in the development and implementation of commercial activities of the brand.

• Good knowledge and understanding of shopper behavior.

• Understanding of P&L.

• Strong change management and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English and Romanian (free) in writing and orally.

• Experience of project management.

• Excellent agility and learning skills.
