The Actalent Engineering division is hiring for a Mechanical Designer to support our client located in Chesapeake, VA. This MEP firm is well-established with over 35 years in the industry.

Description:

• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to perform mechanical/plumbing design on multifamily, k-12, municipal, mixed-use and city supportive projects.

• Coordinate with architects and clients.

• Calculate load qualifications in both Revit and AutoCAD.

• Ability to work well in a team environment alongside drafters and engineers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD

• 3-10+ years of experience in MEP design
