RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Responsible for providing systems engineering support on systems, elements and/or interfacing systems. Analyzes system requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirement specifications. Develop system configuration documentation. Gather and analyze customer service requirements.  Develop processes and deployment methods for delivery. Conduct testing and evaluation procedures.   

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 10+ Years of Experience

• Track record of achieving Navy ATOs

• Cloud ATO experience

• Experienced in the ISSO/ISSM RMF role as defined by the Navy RPG eMASS expert

• Shall possess an IAM Level II DOD 8570.01 baseline certification

• Shall possess a favorably adjudicated Secret clearance

• Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  Preferred/Desired

  Responsibilities of this position also include, but are not limited to:

• Current NQV Certification

• Attending mandatory, annual training sessions

• Providing regular status reports to management summarizing progress, challenges, metrics, and recommendations

• Collaborating with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination

• Attending recurring team meetings or huddles

• Assisting in the development of new initiatives
