SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

ØIdentifying, leading, implementing and tracking the projects.

ØAnalyze processes for efficiency gains and waste elimination.

ØSupports Quality Plant Teams in increasing the effectiveness of processes.

ØSupport all departments in achieving their continuous improvement goals.

ØAnalyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

ØFocus on productivity improvement, flow improvement, FIFO, and delivery.

ØAct in a cross-functional way involving all departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

ØMinimum Bachelor's degree

Ø5 years experiences as Quality Control or Assurance, experienced in automotive, sanitary or ceramic industry will be an advantage.

ØDeep understanding about Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving Methodology.

ØStrong Leadership, hard worker, able to work under pressure and fast-paced.
