Deep understanding of health care operations in an academic medical center setting.Ability to develop and communicate a vision for assigned scope of work along with strategies to implement that vision. Regularly conducts research and evaluation of current trends and industry practices to inform strategy.Business-driven, people-focused, with exceptional influencing skills; excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and time-management skills; strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to transcend business and technical audiences.
