Serve as the primary communications liaison for key programs such as Texas Career Engagement (TCE), Texas Financial Wellness, and other high priority Provost Office initiatives. Manage relationships and communications needs; develop and execute communications plans and campaigns. Coordinate contributions from content owners, develop content, write/edit copy, and collaborate with UMAC web developers, designers, and project managers to execute projects.Produce and deliver email and social media campaigns that promote programs to various audiences. Monitor social media channels, comments, and conversations, and actively engage with audiences. Help develop and implement strategic communications plans for specific student-facing initiatives, events, and activities for the Provosts portfolio.Other related functions as assigned.
