PARTS DISTIBUTION SPECIALIST -- WAREHOUSE                 FIRST SHIFT (9 a.m. -- 6 p.m.)

READY TO RACE?  KTM North America, a world class brand in motorcycle industry has immediate opportunities for Parts Distribution Specialists at our North American Warehouse location in Amherst, OH.

This role is responsible for the accurate picking and proper packing of customer orders including proper documentation for shipment throughout North America.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Identification of ordered parts / materials.
• Retrieval of parts / materials orders via RF scanner
• Package/boxing and labeling orders to ensure no damage to customer destination.
• Stock incoming parts.
• Load parts on parcel / LTL trucks.
• Able to walk on average 2-3 miles over 8-hour shift.

EXPERIENCE:  Prefer a minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving or similar environment.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.  Previous experience with pallet jack, forklift/order picker preferred but not required.  Previous experience with SAP or other warehouse systems a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  High school diploma/GED required.  Solid mathematical and reading comprehension skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to walk 85% of a shift with rolling product cart.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist 85% of shift.
• Ability to stand at work desk and use/view computer.
