Description Essential Functions: * Measure, fit and apply custom orthopedic devices and OTS products. * Able to effectively educate patients, family members and co-workers on DME products, orthopedic devices. * Ability to interact positively with physicians, clients and co-workers. * Effective and clear written, verbal and non-verbal communication, pleasant and effective telephone communication skills. * Apply basic computer skills to proficiently use variety software application such as Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records. * Authorize/pre-cert insurance for orthopedic devices, initiate self- pay Items as needed * Track, organize, restock and dispense inventory regularly. * Take measurements/ fit patient for functional/ OA bracing when needed. * Will move between the locations as scheduled for coverage.
